Any worthwhile movement starts with one person, but takes many to manifest it into reality. 

I started this studio with no money and no real help -- just a low-budget gaming desktop with a GTX 970 and i7-3770, and a hundred reasons NOT to pursue my dreams. My wife and I both have very modest incomes, and our family and essential bills cost us more than we make. 

Some of you may ask "why don't you just focus on one project at a time?" I started that way -- GridDash was my first project with the intent of publishing, and hyper-focusing on it worked well. But as I've found and developed my own personal workflow, I've learned that sometimes I need to step away from a project for a day or more to marinate on a problem. While I'm marinating on one problem, I work on another, and for me, this seems to work really well for me, and always keeps me moving forward. All of my projects tie together, and I know that this is where and how I need to do things right now.
